We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator with 2–3 years of experience to support daily HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative HR functions while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Support full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR documentation
- Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and benefits administration
- Support employee relations by addressing basic HR inquiries and escalating as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and internal procedures
- Track and update HR metrics, reports, and personnel data
- Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
- 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
