CNC Mill Machinist 1st and 2nd shift

We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to join our team. The CNC Mill Machinist will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce high-precision parts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machining principles and be proficient in reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments.

As a CNC Mill Machinist, you will be responsible for programming CNC machines using G-code, setting up tooling and workpieces, and making adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and accuracy. The CNC Mill Machinist will also be responsible for conducting quality checks on finished parts to verify conformance to specifications.

The CNC Mill Machinist must have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts.
2. Program CNC machines using G-code to execute machining operations.
3. Conduct quality checks on finished parts to ensure conformance to specifications.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Mill Machinist.
- Proficiency in programming CNC machines and reading blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
