Assembler

Pay Rate: $24–$35/hour (depending on experience)

The Aerospace Assembler is responsible for performing precision assembly of aerospace components and structures in accordance with engineering specifications and industry standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and adherence to strict quality and safety requirements, including AS9100 compliance.

• Accurately read and interpret complex engineering blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Follow detailed assembly procedures to ensure product accuracy and compliance

• Perform precise mechanical and structural assembly of aerospace components
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and templates to complete assemblies
• Operate precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and torque wrenches

• Conduct in-process inspections and perform functional testing as required
• Accurately document assembly activities, measurements, and test results
• Ensure strict adherence to AS9100 standards, company quality procedures, and safety protocols

• Perform basic preventive maintenance (PM) on tools and equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company and safety standards

• 1–4 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing, preferably within aerospace, space, or satellite industries
• Experience working with aluminum and stainless steel materials
• Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a high-precision environment

• Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with AS9100 quality standards
• Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus
