Installer - Starts at $20.50
As an Installer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful setup and implementation of various products and systems at client locations (usually residential) across the Treasure Coast. Your primary objective will be to accurately and efficiently install hurricane shutters and screens to company standards, ensuring customer satisfaction. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to maintain high-quality standards and minimize risks. Ultimately, your work will directly impact the reliability and performance of the installed products, contributing to the company’s reputation and client retention.
- Have a clean and valid Florida Driver's license
- Have a POSITIVE ATTITUDE and be able to follow directions/instructions
- Be able to use critical thinking to solve problems
- Not be afraid of heights (40 ft. ladders, window scaffolding, plank scaffolding)
- Be able to read a tape measure
- Be able to lift more than 50 pounds
- Be able to climb a ladder
- Be safety minded
- Have a high work ethic
- Have Hand tool experience
- Have Power tool experience
- Be able to diagnose problems and come up with creative solutions
- Be reliable and have a desire to work hard
- Be self motivated with a passion for quality
- Should be familiar with outdoor installation environment
- Have the ability and willingness to work with a with a partner
- Be presentable, speak clearly, and have good people skills
