Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on properties to include minor plumbing, drywall repair, painting, and minor electrical work.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues to ensure accurate repairs.
- Execute residential painting projects to maintain aesthetic quality of facilities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Skills
- Proficient in computer and smart phone software for effective maintenance management.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in repairs and maintenance.
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Experience in residential painting is a plus, contributing to facility upkeep.
- Ability to safely use common power and hand tools
- Maintained a driver's license for a minimum of 3 years
- Spanish speaking is a plus
