Position Overview:
As the Maintenance Admin Assistant, you'll serve as a key point of contact between tenants, vendors, and our property management team. Your role will be to coordinate maintenance requests, dispatch work orders, follow up on completed jobs, and keep detailed records of all maintenance-related activities. Responsibilities:
- Receive, document, and track maintenance requests from tenants and property managers
- Schedule and dispatch maintenance technicians and vendors
- Communicate updates to tenants and ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, vendor invoices, and property files
- Assist with property inspections and prepare maintenance reports as needed
- Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure proper billing for maintenance services
- Provide general administrative support to the property management team
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or property management experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with property management software such as Appfolio is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
