Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with regulations and proper maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of property management activities, including financial transactions and tenant communications.
- Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
- Review and ensure contract documents are signed within policy and statutory deadlines.
- Verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all documents in accordance with statutes and risk management policies.
- Address and resolve tenant, client, and co-brokerage inquiries or concerns.
- Conduct training sessions for new staff on platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, AppFolio, BlueMoon, and DotLoop Forms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, and industry professionals.
- Conduct market research, CMAs, and surveys to assess trends and rental rates.
- Create and distribute marketing materials to potential clients with a strong understanding of demographics, market trends, and patterns.
- Stay informed about the Central Texas Regional market and rental rates.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced team members.
- Assist ownership, leadership, human resources, and staff with various projects and operational needs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Active Texas Real Estate Broker’s license (required).
- Proven experience in property management or a related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of real estate law and administrative processes.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in negotiation techniques to secure favorable terms for tenants and property owners.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple properties efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
