Join us as a Legal Analyst, where you’ll play a central role in curating expert litigation activity and transforming court data into meaningful insights for our attorney-clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in legal research, data analysis, and litigation support. • Review online civil case dockets and documents to identify, analyze, and record expert witness activity
  • Conduct legal research using free and fee-based databases to summarize, organize, and assemble facts from pleadings, filings, and other docket materials
  • Apply your knowledge of civil litigation and legal research platforms such as Westlaw, Bloomberg Law, or LexisNexis
  • Retrieve key legal documents, including dockets, motions, affidavits, court orders, subpoenas, depositions, and jury verdicts
  • Set up and monitor current awareness tools and docket alerts to track new developments for our clients
  • Collaborate with management to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables maintain exceptional quality

Qualifications

  • A strong interest in legal research, litigation, and data-driven analysis
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex information
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Comfort managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Not Required, but Preferred:

  • A bachelor’s degree—ideally in legal studies, political science, business law, criminal justice, or a related research-heavy field
  • Experience using legal research databases (Westlaw, Bloomberg Law, LexisNexis, or similar)
