About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Engagement Coordinator to join our team in Milwaukee. This entry-level role serves as the critical link between our expert network and attorney clients, ensuring seamless and successful expert-attorney partnerships. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, exceptional organizer, and natural relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Expert-Attorney Engagements: Coordinate and oversee the full lifecycle of initial expert-attorney connections, handling approximately 15 engagements daily.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with expert witnesses and attorney clients through proactive, professional communication.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Lead all scheduling logistics for expert-attorney consultations, ensuring seamless and timely interactions.
- Comprehensive Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all engagements for internal tracking and reporting.
- Multi-Channel Communication: Utilize phone, email, and text to effectively manage engagement processes and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Client Experience & Service Excellence: Drive positive client experiences by providing responsive, professional, and solution-oriented service.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts).
- Proven track record of customer service excellence and client relationship management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple engagements and competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast-paced environments while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities.
- Background in relationship management, account coordination, or client service preferred.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in dynamic, growth-oriented environments.
