Role Description The Patient Care Coordinator is a part-time, on-site role based in Springboro, OH. This position is responsible for greeting patients, managing check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring a smooth, organized experience throughout their visit. Daily tasks include answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments, updating patient records, and coordinating care with the clinical team. The Patient Care Coordinator also explains basic clinic procedures, assists patients with forms, and helps maintain a clean and orderly front desk and reception area. This role requires consistent, professional communication and a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and timely follow-up.
Qualifications
- Strong appointment scheduling skills, including managing calendars and coordinating patient visits.
- Professional phone etiquette and clear communication skills for handling patient calls and inquiries.
- Experience with care coordination, including supporting providers and organizing patient follow-up.
