Lead Carpenter / Foreman, Decks & Exteriors | $25–$40/hr DOE
Expert Exteriors is a growing exterior contractor looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter / Foreman to run crews on composite and wood deck builds. Our work also includes roofing, gutters, siding, and windows, plus a growing list of commercial and government projects, so there's a real path to steady, year-round work.
What you'll do:
- Lead and run a crew on deck builds from layout to final punch list
- Read plans, take accurate measurements, and order materials
- Keep jobs on schedule, on budget, and up to code
- Train and mentor crew members
- Act as the on-site point of contact with customers and inspectors
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience building both composite (Trex, TimberTech, etc.) and wood decks
- Experience leading a crew or running jobs independently
- Roofing, gutters, siding, or window experience is a big plus
- Your own hand tools and reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in your work
