About the Role
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on driving new and actively developing existing accounts and commercial growth of the company in the US market.
You will work closely with senior leadership and the international commercial team to expand the company’s footprint, develop new business opportunities, and grow existing accounts. This role is ideal for an early to mid-career sales professional looking to take on more ownership and grow within an international business.
What You’ll Do
- Support the growth of the company’s product portfolio in the US market
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across distributors, retailers, and key accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Contribute to commercial negotiations and support deal closing
- Act as a key point of contact for customers in the US market
- Collaborate with the international team on commercial initiatives and market strategy
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles
- Experience within FMCG or food industry
- Early track record of generating new business / active development of existing accounts
- Strong commercial mindset with a proactive, “hunter” attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Eager to learn, grow, and take on increasing ownership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Spanish language - full business proficiency
