Responsibilities
- Lead full P&L responsibility for the U.S. business, driving profitable growth and operational excellence across all functions including sales, project delivery, service, and administration
- Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives aligned with the company's global strategy, identifying new market opportunities and expanding the customer base in logistics automation and warehouse solutions
- Oversee complex project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, timeline adherence, and customer satisfaction on large-scale automation installations
- Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams across all business functions, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Manage the complete sales cycle including pipeline development, CRM management, forecasting, and closing strategic deals with key customers and partners
- Establish and monitor KPIs across all business areas, using data-driven insights to optimize processes, improve margins, and drive operational efficiency
- Partner closely with the global executive team to shape business direction, make critical decisions, and ensure alignment with long-term organizational objectives
Requirements
- Higher degree (BSc or higher)
- 10 years of executive leadership experience with full P&L responsibility for a business unit, regional organization, or mid-sized company
- 3 years of (recent) experience in multidisciplinary product manufacturing company (ideally from logistics automation/robotics industry or similar)
- Demonstrated commercial success driving profitable growth through effective sales management, business development, and strategic customer relationships
- Extensive people leadership experience managing and developing managers across multiple functions (sales, operations, service, administration)
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with experience using CRM platforms, managing sales pipelines, and developing operational KPIs
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution, comfortable operating in a growth-oriented environment
