Job Title: Validation Engineer

What's the Job?
- Develop comprehensive test plans for processor interface validation, focusing on electrical and functional aspects.
- Execute electrical & functional test plans using hardware and software validation tools, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
- Debug electrical and functional issues in new processors, providing detailed analysis and solutions.
- Contribute to platform definition and review of platform designs used in silicon validation processes.
- Provide technical guidance and training to less experienced engineers and technicians in processor validation activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with 5-7 years of related experience, or Master’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing platform-level electrical and functional test plans.
- Experience with platform-level electrical characterization of processor I/O interfaces is preferred.
- Strong skills in debugging processor & PC platform I/O interfaces, reading schematics, and layout documentation.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across engineering disciplines and management.
