- Partner directly with a dedicated, integrated team to conceive, build, and launch innovative products.
- Conduct formative research to identify latent needs and problems to address with product solutions.
- Lead iterative design research to refine early prototypes into market-ready products.
- Contribute to product strategy, execution, and go-to-market planning through research insights.
- Manage external research vendors to augment the research team's capabilities and ensure quality outcomes.
- Experience with questionnaire design, survey programming, and survey quality assurance.
- Proficiency with quantitative analysis tools such as SPSS, R, Python, SQL, and survey platforms like Qualtrics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and utilize data to support hypotheses.
