- Support the development and execution of forward and reverse supply plans under guidance from senior team members.
- Perform supply and demand analysis, including what-if scenarios, to optimize service levels, costs, and inventory positioning.
- Collaborate on raw material planning, identify excess goods, and work with suppliers to align on build plans.
- Build dashboards, interpret data, and conduct root cause analysis to support inventory and supply decisions.
- Assist in raw material planning, product transitions, and last-time buys, supporting buffer strategies and excess inventory mitigation.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field, with 1 year of relevant experience, or a Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience with supply planning tools, analytics platforms, and supplier collaboration.
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to evaluate issues and develop actionable solutions efficiently.
