What's the Job?
- Support manufacturing processes by implementing engineering principles and ensuring compliance with cGMP quality and safety standards.
- Lead automation equipment upgrades, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety and efficiency.
- Design and execute experiments, analyze data, and present findings to cross-functional teams for process validation and optimization.
- Create and revise technical documents, SOPs, validation protocols, and risk assessments to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Manage cross-functional project teams, provide training, and mentor junior engineers and technicians to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with 7 years of manufacturing engineering experience.

- Strong technical skills in equipment specification, automation, troubleshooting, and process control evaluation.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software, Microsoft Office Suite, and CAD tools.
