Job Title: Sourcing Manager

What's the Job?
- Lead device launch allocation plans, managing channel allocation strategies to optimize inventory distribution.
- Manage estimated shipment dates, especially during backorder situations, to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with retail and IPP stakeholders to maximize sell-through rates when inventory is constrained.
- Adopt best practices for allocation processes and maintain/update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Track category performance relative to targets and conduct supplier reviews for assigned vendors.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, telecom, or related fields.
- Experience with ERP planning tools, demand/supply planning, or allocation planning systems (SAP or similar preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
