- Lead complex initiatives with broad impact across the organization, focusing on ServiceNow reporting and analytics.
- Design, develop, and operate tooling to identify and report data and application issues to engineering and product teams.
- Review and analyze software enhancement initiatives to recommend technical and operational improvements.
- Make informed decisions in complex data engineering situations, considering software options and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate strategically with internal partners to resolve high-risk data engineering challenges and drive organizational change.
- 6 years of experience with ServiceNow Development, including performance analytics.
- 5 years of Database Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, Vulnerability Remediation, and Service Catalog for at least 3 years.
- Proficiency in Workspace and/or Portal development on ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
