- Develop and enhance trading and risk management applications using Python
- Collaborate with front-office teams to translate trading strategies into software solutions
- Support and improve existing quantitative models and algorithms
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Analyze complex trading data to support compliance, surveillance, and risk mitigation efforts
- 7 years of software engineering experience with Python
- Experience supporting front-office trading or risk applications within banking or financial services
- Strong understanding of quantitative analysis and data modeling
- Proficiency with REST APIs and full-stack development (React.js preferred)
- Experience working on trade surveillance, market misconduct, or compliance systems is a plus
