What's the Job?
- Manage and optimize SIEM/SOAR platforms, primarily Splunk, for advanced threat detection, automation, and incident response.
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop detection rules, dashboards, and automation playbooks to enhance security posture.
- Monitor and analyze security events to identify threats and reduce response times effectively.
- Support incident response activities, including triage, service restoration, root cause analysis, and implementing permanent fixes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security policies while delivering high-quality support services.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in SIEM/SOAR administration and security operations, with strong expertise in Splunk.
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, threat detection, and incident response processes.
- Extensive experience with Windows OS, SQL/Oracle databases, and Unix/Linux environments.
- Proficiency in IAM (Identity and Access Management), MFA technologies, and related tools within regulated environments.
- Excellent communication skills, team collaboration, and the ability to work under pressure, including on-call support.
