What's the Job?
- Oversee and standardize project controls functions across multiple projects to ensure consistency and high-quality reporting.
- Lead, train, and mentor project controls professionals to foster a high-performance team environment.
- Establish and enforce portfolio-wide project controls standards including WBS/CBS alignment, cost code structures, and schedule coding.
- Manage project schedules and cost controls using Oracle Primavera Cloud and Oracle cost management systems.
- Support project lifecycle from initiation through closeout by developing comprehensive project controls frameworks and ensuring best practices are followed.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project controls, cost controls, scheduling, and project management within industrial or midstream energy projects.
- Proficiency in Oracle for project cost management and Oracle Primavera Cloud for scheduling and performance analysis.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and manage high-performance teams.
- Extensive knowledge of project control functions including risk management, change control, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with external vendors.
