Job Title:Tax Analyst, Corporate Payroll

What's the Job?
- Manage all aspects of payroll tax processing and ensure compliance across multiple states.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll tax practices with professionalism and accuracy.
- Perform audits and reconciliations to maintain accurate employee tax setup and reporting.
- Investigate and resolve variances between payroll systems and tax notices.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams during audits and compliance reviews.
- High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years of experience in payroll or related field.
- Experience working with multi-state large employers and garnishment processing.
- Extensive knowledge of payroll & time systems and multi-state tax calculations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Ability to work in an in-office environment with a flexible schedule to support West Coast hours.
