- Lead strategic business capability management and IT investment prioritization within the finance functional area.
- Guide teams in adopting Agile practices such as Scrum and Kanban to enhance project delivery and team efficiency.
- Manage IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder needs.
- Act as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders, facilitating requirements gathering and project updates.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by integrating innovative solutions and modernizing legacy systems to improve user satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in analyzing and delivering against business requirements.
- Minimum of 5 years of medium to large-scale program management experience.
- At least 2 years of progressive leadership experience managing teams and projects.
- Experience managing globally dispersed teams and familiarity with project and program management methodologies.
