What's the Job?
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications supporting high-volume transactions
- Collaborate with technical and business partners to gather detailed user requirements and translate them into effective solutions
- Create architectural diagrams, technical documentation, and automated test scripts to ensure quality and consistency
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor team members and share best practices to foster a culture of learning and growth
- 8-10 years of experience with Java, Spring framework, cloud development, and Web Services (REST, SOAP)
- Experience designing solutions for enterprise-wide projects supporting high availability environments
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools such as Atlassian suite (Bitbucket, Bamboo, JIRA, Confluence)
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile
- Experience with SQL Server, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, and Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF)
