What's the Job?
- Troubleshoot, test, and repair data center hardware using diagnostic tools and testing rigs
- Maintain inventory accuracy and support daily operational workflows
- Record test results in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Receive, track, and manage inventory, including checking out parts as needed
- Diagnose hardware and basic network issues, performing physical repairs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP)
- Experience with server/computer hardware components
- Ability to perform hardware replacements and repairs
- Basic Linux/Unix command line familiarity
- Opportunity to support a high-profile global cloud and eCommerce organization
- Hands-on experience in a fast-paced, technical environment
- Potential for contract extension or conversion
