Pay Range: $25/hr - $32/hr w2 (Depends on experience)
Work Hours: 4am - 12.30pm CST (M-F). Must have own vehicle to travel to assigned areas. Travel expenses will be reimbursed based on mileage

What's the Job?
- Provide support activities in designated areas, including equipment exchange and inventory control.
- Perform software installations, program updates, and troubleshoot technical issues on computer and telecommunication systems.
- Train users on supported hardware and software, ensuring they understand both user and technical perspectives.
- Assist users in resolving hardware and software problems to maintain operational efficiency.
- Travel using personal vehicle to support customers and maintain technology infrastructure across various locations.
- Associate's Degree in Computer Science required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- A certification is required.
- Proficient or advanced skills in Microsoft Office Access, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize daily tasks effectively.
