- Manage end-to-end demand intake, evaluation, normalization, and prioritization for Internal Cloud Platform services.
- Produce accurate demand forecasts and align demand with platform capacity, funding models, and delivery constraints.
- Own the demand management process, including intake criteria, reporting cadence, and process improvements.
- Analyze intake requests, model capacity impacts, and maintain demand backlogs.
- Integrate demand data into planning, governance, and financial management workflows.
- 4-5 years of experience managing demand intake, prioritization, or portfolio planning for shared technology services.
- Strong analytical skills with experience modeling capacity constraints, utilization, and delivery tradeoffs.
- Familiarity with cloud or infrastructure consumption patterns.
- Experience working with finance, governance, and platform teams to translate demand into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
