What's the Job?
- Provide on-site support for desktop, voice, and local services at primary and disaster recovery sites.
- Assist users with walk-up, phone, and email support, ensuring quick incident resolution.
- Manage hardware stock and perform replacement or swaps of faulty equipment using company-owned resources.
- Log incidents and service requests accurately and efficiently, following established procedures.
- Implement small service improvements based on recurring user feedback to enhance support quality.
- Proficiency with Intune/MECM for application deployment and device management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications, including trading tools and Bloomberg.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage local hardware stock and perform basic hardware repairs.
