What's the Job?
- Manage customer service interactions by delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Achieve on-time and in-full deliveries (OTIF) to meet customer expectations.
- Monitor open orders regularly and work with customers and partners to clear blocked orders within SLA.
- Collaborate with Order Fulfillment to resolve issues related to stock or transportation delays.
- Work with Billing to resolve billing issues requiring customer contact and support continuous process improvements.
- High School Diploma required; undergraduate degree strongly preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, Distribution, or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and familiarity with SAP and Power BI is a plus.
