What's the Job?
- Manage applicant pipelines during the permanent (FTE) recruitment window to ensure timely processing.
- Review prescreening responses to document lawful rejection reasons and identify suitable interview candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews using the interview scheduling tools, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Monitor candidate actions to ensure progress aligns with required PERM timelines and compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in applicant tracking systems and immigration case management tools, supporting audit readiness.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in administrative, operations, or recruiting roles within regulated or compliance-driven environments.
- 1 to 2 years supporting risk management, audit, or compliance processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workflows, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
