Business Systems Analyst - Workday - Onsite

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and logistics, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst - Workday to join their team. As a Business Systems Analyst - Workday, you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting HR and business process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Systems Analyst - Workday

Location:Meriden, CT

Pay Range:$45/hr - $50/hr

What's the Job?

• Support the implementation and ongoing optimization of the Workday HR system, ensuring seamless integration with business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and support system testing and validation activities.
• Assist in data management, validation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Provide user support, training, and documentation to facilitate effective adoption of Workday functionalities.
• Participate in project planning, change management, and go-live activities to ensure successful system deployment and stabilization.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• Experience supporting Workday or similar HRIS systems in a business or support role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
