Job Title: Agile Scrum Master
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Pay Range: $75-$78/hr
What's the Job?
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning events.
- Serve as a liaison between product owners and development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and deliverables.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Lead and support the transition from Kanban to Sprint-based delivery, establishing effective Agile processes.
- Monitor team performance through Agile metrics, delivery reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master within a software development or technology delivery environment.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and preferably SAFe practices and PI Planning.
- Experience working with Change Management, Release Management, and software delivery governance processes.
- Knowledge of software testing lifecycles, QA processes, and release management principles.
- Proven ability to coordinate delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders within a complex enterprise environment.
