Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Referral Specialist at Experior Financial Group. The Referral Specialist will be responsible for coordinating client referrals, communicating with clients and partners, and ensuring that all documentation and prior authorization processes are completed accurately and efficiently. They will manage relationships with customers, review insurance and financial benefit details, and leverage medical terminology knowledge to perform accurate referral management.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to professionally interact with clients and partners
- Familiarity with Prior Authorization processes and a solid understanding of Insurance policies
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology and its application in referral management
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in using technology for remote work and administrative tasks
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or healthcare is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); additional education is an advantage
