Commercial Roofing Service Foreman

Experienced Roofing is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to lead a two man service crew and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:

• Lead a commercial roofing service team

• Perform inspections and determine the best repair solutions

• Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to specification

• Communicate effectively with customers, management, and team members

• Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and safety practices

• Maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles in good condition

Qualifications:

• 10 years of commercial roofing experience (service/repairs preferred)

• Previous leadership or foreman experience required

• Strong knowledge of multiple roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, some Shingles etc.)

• Valid driver’s license (required) in good standings. Must meet insurance requirements

• Must be able to lift 50–100 lbs. and climb ladders safely

• Ability to travel when needed

• Must be at least 18, eligible to work in the U.S., and pass a pre-employment drug screening

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Day shift, with weekend availability as needed
