What You’ll Do
- Assist the Service Foreman with daily commercial roofing repair and maintenance operations.
- Help coordinate crews, materials, and scheduling to ensure timely, high-quality job completion.
- Perform roofing inspections and support leak detection, diagnosis, and repair work.
- Communicate effectively with customers to maintain strong relationships and quality standards.
- Promote safety practices and keep all job sites clean, organized, and compliant.
What We Offer
- $20.00-$30.00 base on experience

What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of commercial roofing experience (service and repair preferred).
- Strong work ethic and leadership mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and willingness to learn and grow.
