Duties
- Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy at the front desk
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
- Perform data entry, maintain accurate filing systems, and handle document proofreading
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks
- Provide excellent customer support through phone etiquette and in-person interactions
- Assist with office management tasks including supply ordering, filing, and organization of office materials
- Support administrative functions such as typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting personal assistant duties as needed
- Maintain a professional appearance of the reception area and ensure cleanliness and organization
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or customer service roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are preferred
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Home Health setting
- High level of computer literacy and typing speed to support administrative tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
