Experience Theatre Project crafts immersive, innovative, and imaginative theatrical experiences that break the fourth wall—making audiences not just spectators, but integral parts of the performance. From reimagining classics in captivating settings to inviting audiences into Regency soirees, speakeasies, or wild west towns, ETP transforms storytelling into an experience.
Why This Role Matters
You’ll be the calm, creative current behind the scenes, supporting our team as we build extraordinary experiences in immersive theater. You’ll help manage the rhythm of our day-to-day operations so the magic onstage can shine.
What You’ll Do
- Answer and artfully manage phone, email, and general correspondence—welcoming all into the ETP world.
- Coordinate and maintain the Artistic Director's calendar, help schedule appointments, respond to inquiries, and help stage submittals to foundations
- Assist with ticketing communications, subscription coordination, and patron outreach
- Aid in processing donations, generating thank-you notes, and maintaining donor records—all with heartfelt ETP flair.
- Help track expenses, invoicing, and supplies
- Help with filling out charitable division forms, liquor licenses, updating our insurance forms, arrange for payment of rent and utilities, and other things that come up that are part of running a business
- Collaborate and support e-blasts, social media posts, and website updates to keep audiences and collaborators excited about upcoming experiences.
- From managing event-day logistics to pitching in on the fly during busy times, your adaptability is your superpower.
Who You Are
- Organized with passion for details—you love managing checklists almost as much as you love stories.
- A natural communicator—warm, personable, and quick on your feet, whether replying via email or answering a curious patron’s question.
- Tech-savvy—comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and eager to learn our CRM and ticketing system
- Flexible—ready to pivot when things change and excited by the creative chaos of immersive theater.
- Passionate about theater, especially immersive and site-specific work. Bonus points if you’re familiar with ETP’s style and mission
