What You’ll Do:
- Prepare our legendary crab feast for our excited guests
- Rotate through all kitchen stations, learn new skills and keep things fresh
- Keep the kitchen spotless and safe
- Help with inventory, deliveries, and supporting the dining room team
- Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are followed during food handling and service
- Collaborate with server staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Bring energy, teamwork, and a sense of fun to every shift

What You’ll Need
- Age 18 with legal ability to serve alcohol (TAPS Certification provided on-site)
- Alaska Food Handlers Certification (can be obtained online and submitted prior to arrival)
- Willingness to pass prior to arrival a background check and pre-employment drug test
- Stamina for active shifts and a team-first attitude
- Able to lift 50 pounds
