What You’ll Do
- Be the heart of the George Inlet Lodge experience—entertain guests with fun skits, share fascinating Alaskan tales, and create a lively, unforgettable atmosphere.
- Serve up our famous all-you-can-eat Dungeness Crab Feast and ensure every guest leaves with a smile (and a full belly).
- Pitch in with everything from bussing tables, resetting tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. No two days are ever the same!
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their dining experience
- Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are followed during food handling and service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Provide guest relations by addressing questions or concerns professionally and courteously
- Support duties as needed, including seating guests.
What You’ll Need
- Age 18 with legal ability to serve alcohol (TAPS Certification provided on-site)
- Alaska Food Handlers Certification (can be obtained online and submitted prior to arrival)
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug test
- Stamina for active shifts and a team-first attitude
- Able to lift 40 pounds
