What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mailroom Coordinator position at Expedite Technology Solution?

Mail Processing: Sort, distribute, and organize all incoming and outgoing mail to ensure timely and accurate delivery.Print Operations: Operate printers, copiers, and related equipment to support daily business needs.Physical Tasks: Lift packages or materials up to 25 lbs as needed for mailroom and office support.Office Mobility: Move throughout the office to deliver mail, pick up documents, and assist various departments.Package Handling: Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries with proper documentation.Front Desk Support: Greet visitors warmly, issue visitor and parking passes, and follow all security protocols.Phone Management: Answer and transfer calls professionally; assist in creating presentations and addressing small to medium groups.Activity Coordination: Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities for internal requestors.Workplace Services: Support mail services, office supply coordination, onboarding tasks, and general office operations.Customer Service: Address inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and coworkers with a solutions-focused approach.Event Coordination: Plan and manage on-site events—including space booking, room setup/teardown, and supply delivery.Safety & Security Compliance: Follow property-specific emergency procedures and notify appropriate parties when necessary.Vendor Coordination: Liaise with service and goods vendors as required.Team Communication: Clearly communicate detailed or complex information within the team and follow manager-provided directions.Task Execution: Perform defined duties using established procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.What You’ll NeedHigh School Diploma or GED and up to 2 years of relevant experience.Ability to follow established work routines and quality standards.Strong communication skills for sharing clear and simple information.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive and proactive mindset.Interview Process1 virtual interviewCompany DescriptionExpedite Technology Solutions is a minority and woman owned business headquartered out of Alpharetta, GA with a global presence across United States, Canada, and India.
