The Office Services Coordinator will support a broker and shared team, providing administrative, operational, and light marketing assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day office functions. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Daily Responsibilities:Voucher Processing: Prepare and execute vouchers accurately, ensuring timely submission for various transactions.Expense Management: Assist with preparing and reconciling expense reports, including receipt tracking and timely submission.Administrative Contract Support: Maintain administrative contract documentation, tracking, and coordination with internal stakeholders.Accounts Receivable (AR): Support invoice tracking, follow-ups, and basic AR reporting.DocuSign Management: Send, track, and organize electronically signed documents through DocuSign.Light Marketing & Event Support: Assist with minor marketing tasks and provide support for internal or client-facing events.Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings for brokers, ensuring timely communication and availability.Printing & Binding: Prepare marketing materials, including printing and binding presentations and other collateral.General Administrative Support: Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the team.Must-Have Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.Preferred Software Skills:Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (required)Basic computer proficiencyAdobe InDesign experience is a strong plusFamiliarity with CRM systems is a plusRequirements:Experience: Minimum 2 years in administrative or office support rolesEducation: High School Diploma or GED requiredPre-Screening: Microsoft Office assessments may be requiredInterview Process: 1 virtual interview 1 onsite interviewCompany DescriptionExpedite Technology Solutions is a minority and woman owned business headquartered out of Alpharetta, GA with a global presence across United States, Canada, and India.
