We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Merchandising Systems product team, with a focus on delivering and evolving our enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM) capability across Williams-Sonoma, Inc.
As the DAM Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product direction, leading implementation, and driving adoption of DAM as a core enterprise platform that supports merchandising, creative, marketing, and downstream digital experiences. You will own DAM as part of a broader merchandising systems ecosystem, ensuring it enables scalable workflows, metadata-driven automation, and high-quality asset reuse across all brands.
This is a senior, hands-on product role that requires a clear point of view on how DAM should function in a modern retail organization—what it should own, what it should not, and how it integrates with upstream creative tools and downstream merchandising platforms.

- Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide product and user experience solutions to meet the business needs
- Develops high level business requirements and translates them into functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications
- Prepares requirements, specifications, business process and recommendations
- Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures
- Resolves a wide range of issues in innovative and practical ways
- Strong knowledge of product management best practices, functional design and application delivery methodology
- Understands basic project management methodology
