Director, Culture & Community
We’re seeking a strategic and experienced leader to drive the operational integration of culture and community across the organization. This role is responsible for shaping and scaling initiatives that foster a connected, values-driven workplace, while aligning with broader business priorities.
Please note this role is based in Seattle and follows our flexible work model, requiring a minimum of three in-office days per week. Candidates currently located in the Seattle area will be considered for this position.
What you'll do:
Lead the development and execution of strategies that embed culture, inclusion, and community into core business operations.
Centralize, scale, and operationalize Inclusion Business Groups (IBGs/ERGs), including governance, monthly cadence, budgets, leader development, and chapter engagement.
Assess organizational capabilities and ensure teams are equipped with the skills and resources needed to create the desired culture across the company.
Design and implement programmatic inclusion efforts that are scalable, efficient, and embedded into HR products, leadership practices, and organizational processes.
Coach senior leaders to foster trust, engagement, inclusive leadership, and meaningful development across their teams.
Partner with CoE's and business leaders to embed inclusion-by-design practices into products and processes.
Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to improve business processes, streamline efforts, and optimize cross-team collaboration.
Establish templates, playbooks, and toolkits to enable IBG operations and inclusion practices to scale consistently across regions.
Set and manage departmental and program goals, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and accountability for outcomes.
Measure engagement and activation of IBGs, rationalizing or resizing groups as needed to maximize impact.
Lead and manage a distributed team, building systems and processes in a fast-changing environment
Who you are:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
12 years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 10 years with a Master’s degree.
5 years of people management experience.
HR background with expertise in HR Operations, Organizational Effectiveness, and Inclusion & Diversity.
Prior leadership experience with IBGs/ERGs, including governance and program building.
Proven ability to influence change at scale using systems thinking in ambiguous, evolving environments.
Strong program management skills, with a track record of operationalizing initiatives across global teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage, coach leaders, and navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
Execution-oriented mindset with the ability to be strategic while remaining hands-on and adaptable.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
