If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to become an Independent Travel Consultant on a 1099 commission-based basis. As long as you love travel and helping others, we will provide the training and support needed for this position. Thus, we are looking for professional, motivated, agile and innovative individuals to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Researching and recommending travel destinations, accommodations, transportation options, travel insurance and activities that best meet the customer's needs.
- Managing reservations, confirming bookings, and handling any necessary changes or cancellations.
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and assisting them if any issues occur during their travel.
- Staying up-to-date with travel trends, industry news, and destination information to better serve clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and desires
- Coordinate with clients to ensure all details are covered and that the best services are being offered.
- Provide clients with accurate information regarding the best ways to plan their trips.
- Provide support to the team with client questions or concerns.
- Work closely with the team to ensure that all details are covered in each client’s experience.
- Collaborate with others to ensure that all travel arrangements are completed on time.
