What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Director - Screen Printing position at Exoticapedia LLC?
We’re seeking an industry expert to own and optimize all aspects of our daily production workflow, with a strong emphasis on scheduling, communication, and team coordination. You’ll be the go-to leader making sure every job—screen print or embroidery—is scheduled, communicated, and executed with precision. You’ll develop and refine the systems that ensure every team member knows what needs to be accomplished for the day, the next day, and the week ahead. You’ll work directly with both our screen printing and embroidery departments to increase productivity, improve efficiency, and keep us ahead of schedule as we grow.
- 3 years of experience in high-volume screen printing, embroidery, or contract print production
- Deep understanding of production scheduling, workflow management, and process optimization
- Printavo power-user or highly proficient with similar shop management systems
- Track record of building and refining systems that drive team productivity and output
- Exceptional communicator, trainer, and team motivator
- Obsessed with details, deadlines, and operational excellence
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, rapidly evolving environment

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
