What are the responsibilities and job description for the Distribution Plant Manager position at Exoticapedia LLC?
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day distribution center operations, including vendor relations, maintenance, inventory, and shipping.
- Lead and develop supervisors and site leadership to achieve operational goals.
- Partner with HR and Training teams to ensure proper staffing, onboarding, and performance management.
- Drive safety initiatives to reduce hazards and ensure compliance with protocols.
- Analyze production and labor efficiency reports to identify and act on opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional departments.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing or distribution operations.
- At least 4 years in a leadership role managing people.
- Strong background in distribution, operations, and safety management.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience in the steel industry.
- Bilingual in Spanish.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
