Responsibilities:
We're seeking a Fitness Floor Staff Member to join our team. As our new Fitness Floor Staff Member you will:
- Supervisor the fitness floor and assist members in using safe and effective exercise form during their workouts
- Enforce Club policies
- Maintain daily logs of equipment maintenance and cleaning and schedules
- Respond to Member’s concerns, suggestions, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Other tasks as assigned
- Previous health club or hospitality experience preferred or current enrollment in Kinesiology courses or Personal Training Certification course
- A current CPR/AED certification or the ability and willingness to obtain upon hire
- An outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
- Superior customer services skills
