Senior AI/Full Stack Developer - Remote (U.S. Only)

Exodus Integrity Services, Inc. (EIS) is a fast-growing technology company headquartered in Northeast Ohio. We're hiring Senior AI/Full Stack Developers to support one of Cleveland's top employers. This is a 100% remote contract opportunity (must reside in the U.S.; no 3rd parties).
Role Overview
As a Senior Developer on the CRM team (Planview Program), you'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment building and delivering innovative solutions for internal customers. You'll apply your AI programming, API integration, and full stack development skills to implement the Planview Connected Solution, while also mentoring junior developers and demonstrating technical leadership.
This is a great opportunity for developers excited to work with cutting-edge AI tools, APIs, and automation frameworks-solving problems that go beyond traditional programming.
Required Skills
Experience with AI programming.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python and/or JavaScript).
Strong experience with REST APIs.
Familiarity with remote APIs, including AzureOpenAI APIs and/or internal APIs.
Ability to design and demonstrate RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) or AI Agents (LLM with tools / RAG chatbot).
Preferred Skills
Experience with Planview Portfolios and portfolio management.
Exposure to GenAI-adjacent skills: evals, Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Ability to troubleshoot and solve non-deterministic problems unique to GenAI programming.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
