Role Description
AVAILABLE NOW OR SUMMER 2026.
This is a part-time, 2-3 days a week, on-site internship role between White Plains, NY or Tappan, NY. The intern will assist in acquisitions research, analyze market trends, support property management operations, compile tenant reports, go on property tours and handle personal assistant tasks as they come up. Interns will gain hands-on experience in real estate transactions, aquisitions and property management while contributing to projects that help the company. This is an unpaid internship, but can be used for school credit. There is opportunity to come on board for a salaried, full time role post internship.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail
- Effective Communication skills for liaising with team members, clients, and tenants
- Proficiency in Market Research to identify trends and opportunities relevant to property acquisitions
- Experience or knowledge in cold calling for aquisitions
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Interest in real estate, property management, or related fields is highly preferred
- Current enrollment in a degree program in Business, Real Estate, or related disciplines is a plus
